স্বাগতম Risalah-এ! আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ এবং কেনাকাটা করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচে বর্ণিত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তগুলো আমাদের ও আপনার মধ্যে একটি আইনি সম্পর্ক নির্ধারণ করে।

    • আপনি যদি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পণ্য কিনতে চান, তাহলে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে।
    • অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

    • আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি এবং মূল্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপনের চেষ্টা করি।
    • তবে অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে পণ্যের বর্ণনা বা ছবিতে সামান্য ভুল থাকতে পারে।
    • আমরা যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

🔹 মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও অর্থপ্রদান

    • আমাদের শপে প্রদর্শিত সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি মুদ্রা (BDT)-এ উল্লেখ করা হয়।

আমরা নিম্নলিখিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি:

    • ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড (প্রক্রিয়াধীন)
    • মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Pathao Pay)
    • ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার
    • আপনার পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সুরক্ষিত ও এনক্রিপ্টেড পদ্ধতিতে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।

🔹 অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ

    • আপনি যখন একটি অর্ডার প্লেস করবেন, তখন আপনাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ প্রদান করা হবে।
    • কোনো কারণে (যেমন: স্টক শেষ, ভুল মূল্য ইত্যাদি) অর্ডার পূরণ করা সম্ভব না হলে আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করব।

🔹 শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

    • অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আপনার প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় পণ্য প্রেরণ করা হবে।
    • ডেলিভারি সময় অঞ্চলভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
    • অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হলে আমরা আপনাকে অবহিত করব। তবে ডেলিভারি স্লট মিস হওয়ার জন্য Risalah দায়ী থাকবে না।

🔹 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

    • আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী আপনি পণ্য রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
    • বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা দেখুন।

🔹 ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

    • আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট কোনো ক্ষতিকারক বা অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
    • অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে যুক্ত থাকলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
